The installation crew arrived on time and started the job immediately! Mike and Jeff were two of the nicest and most courteous workers that we've ever had at our house. I would recommend NBS if expericiening any concrete settlement. The office staff was helpful, my design specialist, Corey, was very professional, the technicians were polite, arrived as scheduled, and left no mess behind. The Polylevel injection foam was a very cool set up to fix our problem.

Pre and post calls were appreciated. Representative was Excellent! Very Professional + knowledgable. They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving. There was a pinhole leak in the dry-trac after job completed, and Tim repaired it as soon as he was notified. He did a wonderful job of explaining and I am very impressed with his professional manner.

Our first experience with NBS was great. The office staff sent us an information packet before our representative came which was very helpful. Our representative Dennis, showed us a nice video on the process. He was very polite and courteous. The foreman Matt, work ethic was fantastic! He never stopped doing a great job. The crew cleaned up better than most contractors, and Matt performed his work in a timely fashion. He was very professional and courteous. He is a very diligent worker.
