Trench Drain Installed

If you have a doorway or stairway that leads to the outside, you'll want to have a trench drain installed in front of it while you are having your waterproofing system installed.  Even if your door currently does not leak, with the right snow, slush or heavy rain conditions, it can.

TripleSafe Sump System installed in Negaunee, MI

This top-of-the-line system sports three sump pumps in one sump liner.  The TripleSafe is the world's most reliable pumping system; keeping your basement dry with triple the protection.

Installing a Dropped Ceiling in Negaunee, MI

If you're planning to create a finished basement, our dropped ceiling system is an excellent investment. The finished ceiling will hide unsightly framing and fiberglass insulation, while still providing easy access to overhead wiring, plumbing and ductwork.

While many standard ceiling tiles are made from cellulose-rich materials that can attract mold and sag over time, our ceiling tiles are made from inorganic mineral wool. They won’t attract mold or be damaged by moisture. In fact, they come with a 30-year warranty against sagging and mold damage.

Our insulated ceiling tiles will help make your basement more beautiful and more comfortable. Reduced sound transmission upstairs is another notable benefit.

Uneven sidewalks in Gwinn, MI

The sidewalk between this customers home and garage had become uneven over the years turning it into a trip hazard. The couple contacted NBS to "smooth" out their problem areas. We used PolyLEVEL injection to lift and level the sidewalk. After leveling, the joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to avoid future water intrusion thus assuring a long lasting solution.

Restoring and Protecting Driveway in Gwinn, MI

This is another example of a very common problem, settling concrete in front of the garage.  With the driveway Northland Basement Systems fixed the sinking concrete with PolyLevel, bringing it back to its original position.  Once the driveway was lifted and stabilized we used a SurfacePro concrete sealer to help protect the surface of the concrete. The joints or seams in the driveway were then sealed with NexusPro joint sealant to prevent water from getting under the concrete.  The use of these three products together is called our "Concrete Protection System" and offers our customers the best long term outcome.
