This homeowner had a lower level room in their home that was damaged by water infiltration.  Northland removed the lower damaged portion of the (drywall) walls about 32" from the floor.  Once the walls were removed we installed a sub floor drainage system "WaterGuard" and "SuperSump Plus" to protect the space from further water intrusion. Once the space was protected from water the walls were restored using our "Everlast" wall panels.  Everlast wall panels are a cement board with a vinyl finish, it is all inorganic so it will not support mold growth and will not be ruined by a surprise plumbing leak, should one occur in the future. The last step to restore this room to better than original was to install our "Thermal Dry" carpeted floor tiles.  These floor tiles are great for basements and make a big difference in the comfort of the floor.    

Just because your home was built with a dirt crawl space does not make it any less of a hazard to the entire structure. Whether or not you see signs of groundwater leakage, earth water vapor will still evaporate and move up into the home, causing rotting floor joists, mold growth, health issues, and more.
