Spring water comes into basement- a significant enough amount that you can see a flow pattern, which has gradually increased over the past several years. Neighborhood streets are on a slope & water flows underground from uphill. Spring melt/runoff can be significant. Closeness of my house to my garage & my house to neighbor's house adds roof runoff to the seepage. Neighbor's sump pump discharged between houses & last summer drainage pipe extended beyond the length to back side of both houses (a plus). OLD rock foundation mortar has loosened/come out in places. Thin concrete floor has developed several cracks.
