Totally professional--from the estimate through the completion of the project!
They worked schedule around a trip to avoid more damage in our basement--AWESOME!!
Originally was just going to have the drainage system completed; however, upon received the booklet we requested additional work be accomplished. Did not "push" any products or work but explained in detail everything that we wanted after seeing what work is done by your company.
Extremely professional, courteous and dedicated individuals. They certainly make a great team and accomplish quality workmanship. (Matthew BeBeau, Dalton Levra, Tim Minier, Shane Glatczak). Team leads made suggestions on painting, etc.--their experience paid off because we have a GREAT looking basement and fantastic drainage system.
We have never experienced such an immaculate clean-up.

Customer Service was outstanding! We saw a system that was installed by Sure-Dri but not this company and we were impressed. When we contacted Northland Basement we received a date for estimate timely, received the brochure within days and were really impressed at the other services they provide and decided to have additional work done and the representative was so detailed in his explanation. As friends, relatives and neighbors have seen our basement, we definitely tell them about Northland Basement and what an outstanding job they accomplished. Our goal when we need repairs is to find a company with AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRUE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS-and this is the company!!!
